RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is damage, follow the returns instructions found with the packing slip. Fill out the slip and enclose it with your return. If you have lost your packing slip, please include a note explaining the reason for the return. Your comments will help us to improve our service and product quality. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you insure all return packages. (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and all shipping costs.)

Items must be returned PREPAID, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We cannot accept returns sent c.o.d. If the above conditions are met we will issue a refund check for the total amount of your original order.

LIMITED QUANTITY and ONE-OF-A-KIND 

Many items we offer are limited or one-of-a-kind. These items are sold to the customer who placed the first order. As soon as the item is sold we remove it from this web-site. If the item you ordered has already been sold you will receive a full refund.

DELIVERY

Free - within the Continental U.S.

In-stock items are shipped within one business day of receiving a money order and 10 days after receiving a personal check.

Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily delivered together.

Merchandise sent directly from the manufacturer requires longer delivery time.

If we anticipate any delay over 30 days, you will be notified.

Call us for postage, shipping and handling costs to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

We regret that at this time we cannot ship to foreign countries.
